Making Shapes out of String!

On Tuesday, our math lesson was to make different shapes using string and our bodies.  We started the lesson in small groups of 5 and made squares, rectangles, and triangles.  Students quickly figured out that a circle was difficult to make if they were hanging on to the string.  But, that if they put the string on the floor, they could manipulate it into a circular shape.  Here are some pictures from the lesson!
